    I hesitate to review since there were no huckleberries available in my area. We had some beautiful blackberries at the farmers market, so I subbed in blueberries for the huckleberries. Everyone loved the pie. The ginger gave it a lot of interest. There wasnt much guidance on how small to cut the ginger, so we went with a small dice. Next time I might try mincing to spread the flavor out more. Definitely would make again.
