The sweet potatoes can be partially prepared ahead and kept chilled overnight. See recipe for directions.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Used a swede turnip instead of the sweet potato and would do that again or try the sweet potato for the color. I used less sugar and will cut back even more the next time I make this. This would also be nice for Christmas, Easy to do and comes together quickly if the sweet potato/turnip is cooked before.
