    This was fine but not the best cauliflower/bacon/onion pasta I've made. I'm not sure I liked the sage as an herbal component and prefer a version of the dish that has better texture (ie, maybe finishing with some breadcrumbs, or removing the bacon after cooking so it stays crisp to add back as a finishing element.)
