    The flavor was good, but it was a bit dry, so I probably should've taken it out at 40 minutes instead of 45 minutes. Also, the batter was quite dense - more like cookie dough than cake batter. It's been a while since I baked something with nut flour, so I'm not sure if it should have been so dense.
