Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This recipe tastes great (I did add a teaspoon of Dijon mustard to the sauce) but the vegetables were somewhat sad by the time the chicken thighs were actually cooked (spoiler alert: it took 45 minutes rather than 30) and the chicken skin was flabby. Next time I’d go for boned thighs and cook them in the oven.
