Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was a lot of prep work for the vegetables but easy to serve and eat. The serving sauces were nice and flavorful. Don’t be afraid to skimp on the wasabi paste. The dashi is mild. I doubled this and the dashi recipe and it made a ton of food. Definitely add noodles and save it as a soup for leftovers.
