    These are incredibly good! I may find my husband unable to move on the kitchen floor if he doesn’t tear himself away. These are the largest mini muffins I have ever made, I had to heap the wells to use all the batter. There is a note that batter will hold in the fridge for a couple of days so I make them smaller and bake more than one batch next time. I also needed two thirds of the cinnamon sugar to top them. I will make them again, weekend house guests would go crazy for these fresh out of the oven.
