Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    Can substitute Anaheim chiles for poblano chiles.

    The concept is great and the sauce is delicious, but the recipe needs tweaking. On the positive note, the sauce is amazing- we didn't use the canned green chiles because our jalapeños and poblanos were fairly spicy, and we were satisfied with that choice. (Real heat lovers will want the canned chiles though.) Unfortunately, the chicken is way too mushy when cooked as long as the recipe advises at low heat (7 hours). Somehow I always suspend logic when it comes to slow cooker recipe cooking times when they fit my work hours, but this really needs much less time (or you should use bone-in thighs).
