Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Good brown rice pilaf basic recipe and very good w listed ingredients. Will make in future, as is and also probably w other veggies, shrooms, meats, etc. Cooked on electric stove at 5000' (1500m) altitude and took more time and more stock, but still delicious. If using store-bought stock, careful on the salt.
