    This recipe has potential. I haven't eaten a lot of okra and thought this might be a less slimy way to cook it, but no. Next time I'd use green beans and/or zucchini instead. I'd also increase the salt to a teaspoon. I was a bit short on fresh tomatoes and threw in some dried ones, and that was really good in there - would do again. Also used 1 serrano instead of two for my husband's sake. Overall the flavor was good and this could be a quick weeknight meal.
