Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    Can substitute pistachio nuts for almonds, regular couscous for Israeli couscous and parsley for coriander leaves.

    This was fine. I don't have access to "mixed spice" so I added some allspice and ginger in its place. There was far too much onion for my liking. I would use probably 1/2 an onion if I made this again. The dressing was interesting (maybe too sweet initially, before adding salt/pepper). It kind of grew on me the more I tasted it. Overall not a bad recipe, but not great either.
