Spiced chia pudding with blackberries and granola from Food & Wine

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

My rating is just for the pudding. I did not top it with the granola and fruit. I doubled the recipe and added 6 oz coconut almond milk to make up the difference as I didn't want to open another can of light coconut milk. I added 4 scoops of Tera's Whey protein powder. Chilled overnight. The pudding really never turned into a pudding consistency, it was soupy. I'd leave out the water next time. I was worried that the whey powder would make it taste weird, but it was fine. Maybe cut down on the saturated fat by doing half coconut milk/half almond milk next time. Could have added to/increased the spices. Not bad, but needs some tinkering with.
