    One of our favorite meals during cold weather. The sauce/gravy is delicious and unique. I always serve with mashed potatoes. You may want to double the gravy if your family likes a lot of gravy. We found most CI recipes to be too light on the amount of gravy in their recipes. This Swedish Meatballs recipe is preferable to the CI Restaurants Cookbook version.
