Sheet pan pizza, two ways (Pizza bianca e pizza rossa) from Tasting Rome: Fresh Flavors and Forgotten Recipes from an Ancient City (page 177) by Katie Parla and Kristina Gill

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

5 stars! In a world of super-thin crust, pizza stones, and outdoor pizza ovens, there is something to be said and appreciated about a toothsome, tasty crust that doesn't require any special equipment. This dough tastes fantastic and was a great project to make with the 6yo. Spreading and baking on sheet pans allowed us to "build your own pizza" for 4 people with minimal leftovers. Will do again.
