    Made for tonights supper. Can't compare it to anything else as I've never had a proper carbonara. Made with linguine and guanciale rather than buccotini and pancetta as that's what I had. Pretty much made in the time the linguine took to cook. Very much enjoyed and will definitely be making again! Now what do I do with 3 egg whites?? ;)

  • Salt Sugar and I's one of the best carbonaras I've ever eaten. Yep, I said it. It was creamy and cheesy and not gluggy at all, the amount of black pepper was so delicious and bitey.
