Can substitute Parmesan cheese for Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Tasty, but the cream cheese took forever to melt into a sauce even though they were cut into three quarter of an inch cubes. Next time I’ll just use cream and up the Parmesan.

This is a delicious dinner dish, albeit very rich. It's a nice winter option since it utilizes marinated artichokes and semi-dried tomatoes. I served it atop basmati rice.
