    This is great -- super tasty. (Used ramps instead of leeks, which likely didn't affect the results much.) A few tweaks and notes: 1) make sure you have enough asparagus to balance out the richness of the sausage, cheese, eggs, etc. -- it might need two bunches; 2) it was greasy -- best to cook the veggies and sausage in a nonstick pan with minimal oil, as the rendered sausage and cheese will add a lot of oil; 3) it was maybe slightly salty -- if your cheese tastes salty, it'd be best to not salt the asparagus, but instead to taste the mixture of cooked sausage, mushrooms, and asparagus, and add salt to the eggs/milk if needed
