Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was not fabulous and I only used half the preserved lemons which seemed plenty. Even though I diced the squash slightly smaller than indicated it took much longer to cook than the recipe said

    This was ok, but these veggie stews aren't really my thing so it was unlikely I was going to love it. 8 preserved lemons is a bit overkill so I wouldn't recommend using the full amount. Had this with rice
