Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Best eclairs I've ever made, by far. They came out pretty perfectly. I've tried several different recipes over the years, with varying degrees of success (usually not great). These had excellent instructions, and they had everything you could want in an eclair - a puffy, crispy, hollow shell, lovely vanilla pastry cream, and a delicious chocolate glaze. This will be my go-to recipe when making them in the future, and I look forward to trying other recipes from this book.
