    OK, this is definitely worth trying .. As the recipe doesn't indicate quantities of spice or coriander I guessed.. for a whole duck (2 rolls) I used 1 bunch coriander and 2 tbsp ras al hanout. I also subbed dates as I didn't have dried figs, and I used 120g Medjool dates... the two rolls did the 7 of us with leftovers when served alongside roasted potatoes, green beans & preserved lemons, and spiced red cabbage.. Next time though I will better wrap the rolls .. lost a lot of duck fat to the floor of my steamer!!
