Can substitute green olives for black olives, and canned anchovies in oil for fish sauce.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

This was very good and easy. I didn’t have fennel so I put in extra celery and also added a sun dried tomato. Loved the fish sauce in this, what a great idea. We had sandwiches with home made tomato bread and whole grain corn bread, and these were delicious.

Very tasty! Substitute aggressively but take the idea of a mayo-free, brine heavy tuna salad
