Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?
Accompaniments: Mung dal purée with sliced white radishes (Mooli moong dal); Curried potatoes with eggplant (Aloo baigan sabji); Sweet 'n' sour eggplant (Khatte baigan bhaji); Deep-fried chickpea flour pearls in creamy yogurt (Boondi raita); Potato pakora with dried pomegranate seeds (Aloo pakora)
Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.
