Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?
Accompaniments: Griddle-baked village-style corn bread (Makkai roti); Tender chickpeas in golden karhi sauce (Kabli chana karhi); Deep-fried chenna cheese balls in fragrant tomato gravy (Chenna rasedar); Sprouted mung bean salad with water chestnuts and toasted almonds (Sabat moong salaad)
Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.
