Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was SO GOOD. I omitted the parsley. The lemon flavor really elevated the soup.

    A quick and easy, but still flavorful, soup for a weeknight. The lemon really comes through nicely. Cut in half, the recipe served two adults and a child perfectly. Even using just a boneless, skinless chicken breast (what I had to hand), the flavor was good (although I did use homemade stock). Didn't have quite enough parsley, but supplemented with some dill, and used pink rice instead of white. Both changes worked well.
