    Delicious and easy carrot salad. Didn't take the time to add the optional toasted sesame seeds or chives and we still loved it. Used honey instead of agave (listed as an option), and kept all measurements the same. Definite repeat! Served with stir-fried green beans (from Slanted Door) and Curried Fish (from Pok-Pok).
