Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Annoying that this recipe calls for 1.25 lbs of ground turkey... I used a 1 lb package and just went a little scant on the herbs. (Used the full amount of breadcrumbs and whole egg.) Substituted about 1 T dried parsley and basil for the fresh herbs. These definitely stuck to the pan a bit but my trusty flexible fish spatula dislodged them. Good flavors, I think they'll make good grab-and-go breakfasts for weekdays so I hope they reheat well!
