Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This is a very good buttermilk biscuit (& 1 of many variations she provides). At exactly 15 min I was worried they were over browned but they doubled in height and the little bit of crunch to the tops & bottoms are nice against the flakey interior. I patted the dough into a rectangle & cut 6 squares (from a 1/2 recipe) as it seems counterintuitive to re-roll dough (& we're fine with rough squares anyways:) . I now plan to try some of the other variations given.
