Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Deeply comforting and flavorful. I will make carrots smaller next time. Also don’t leave chicken thighs in for the full three+ hours. Great as matzo ball soup base.

    This is the closest recipe to my Mom's chicken soup. It was absolutely wonderful. It was darker than my Mom's, I'm assuming it's because of the onion skins but the taste was perfect. My first ever Matzoh ball soup was a success thanks to this recipe.
