    Agree that it was a bit “meh” as written so I added a clove of garlic, increased lemon, salt pepper, tahini, and zataar - all to taste. Awfully good with these doubled!

    Loved this light, delicious dip. The flavor of the eggplant really comes through, and it is fast and easy to make.
