    Made these end of August with a glut of yellow courgettes from the garden. Have finally opened a jar, and they're awful! We really hate food waste in our house and try to use everything, but these had to go on the compost. Not sure whether I did something wrong, or the recipe is to blame, but I surely won't repeat!
