      Extremely easy to make, and a very tasty bar. Best eaten the same day or frozen for later since the apple softens them. A nice (and slightly healthier) alternative to brownies. Video of this recipe available on their YouTube channel.

  • Courgette, chilli and lemon pickle

      Made these end of August with a glut of yellow courgettes from the garden. Have finally opened a jar, and they're awful! We really hate food waste in our house and try to use everything, but these had to go on the compost. Not sure whether I did something wrong, or the recipe is to blame, but I surely won't repeat!
