Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Very nice but quite plain. Local tomatoes but firm & not homegrown — riper would be better. Added yellow & orange sweet pepper and red onion as garnishes, as well as olive oil. For reference: 2 lbs tomatoes, cucumber, no green pepper. Don’t care for sharp green pepper flavor so this is a good base. Try spicy variation next time.

    My favorite gazpacho. I don’t use as much cucumber as listed (personal preference).
