Dragon Well tea (Long jing cha) from Land of Fish and Rice: Recipes from the Culinary Heart of China (page 306) by Fuchsia Dunlop

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Dragon Well is also my favorite tea! I buy my everyday drinking quality from a good spice company that you may want to check out: http://www.atlanticspice.com/Dragon-Well-4-Green-Tea--8-oz_p_383.html

Found this tea at a Chinese pharmacy -- it's my new favourite and worth seeking out. I can drink it all afternoon.
