Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I bought the book for this recipe after eating avocado toast at the restaurant. Delicious and worth the effort to plan ahead and make the pickled carrots. Made during a summer house rental with friends and it was a big hit. Never thought I'd say this but I don't think the melted butter is necessary. The garlic cream is a must.

    Delicious. Lots of subrecipes, but easy to but together for lunch after the initial hurdle.
