Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Did not like this one. I think I should have left it chunkier instead of pureeing it in a high-speed blender, because the texture came out slimy. Or perhaps I used too much of the green part of the leek? Also didn't think there was much flavor. At any rate, this made a huge pot of soup that is going in the compost :(
