    Very good waffles - whether or not you need to eat gluten free (we don't). I baked them in both a standard and a Belgian waffle maker and they came out very good both ways. I like the idea of a higher protein waffle. I substituted whole milk mixed with 1T white vinegar for the buttermilk. served with maple syrup and berries.
