    Always a solid easy salmon recipe. Paired with the snow pea slaw from the same book.

    Very tasty recipe! Super quick, dinner on the table in under 10 mins. Kept the salmon under the broiler for the longer time recommended and it came out beautifully. Dressing was really good, didn’t have chives but it wasn’t missing much without it.
