Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Quite herby but that's more to do with my personal taste. The recipe is rather vague in terms of how to prepare the veg but it makes sense to keep the carrots and potatoes a similar size (and not too chunky) so they cook evenly and quickly.
