Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I skipped the raisins. I toasted everything on the stovetop first as the recipe suggests, but I don't understand why that is called for. I'd skip that next time. (Also, he says to use a "roasting pan" but I've noticed he says that a lot in recipes where a roasting pan makes no sense, so I think he just means a baking pan.) Pretty decent granola.
