Dried cherry-chocolate granola bars from How to Cook Everything Vegetarian: Simple Meatless Recipes for Great Food (page 846) by Mark Bittman

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

What he doesn't tell you is how to get them out of the pan! The combination of oil, honey, and brown sugar cooks up into a glue that really holds the whole pan of granola together. It took me a good 30 minutes to cut them apart, but once I was able to remove one, sticking a fork under them after they are cut was effective. He also doesn't tell you how much chocolate you need in order to have 1/2 cup of melted chocolate - I melted 6oz and had a little extra. The bars are tasty, though a bit sweeter than I'd like.
