Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Tasty shortbread. I have rose water, not rose essence. The instructions to said to use the same amount as the essence, which was not enough. I added a tsp of rose water to the icing, which was nice. My hibiscus was the whole flowers. I don't think I added enough. I enjoyed these but may not repeat. I would also make these in a tart pan with a removable bottom to make it easier to get the cookies out of the pan.
