Coconut-lime sablés from Dorie's Cookies (page 341) by Dorie Greenspan

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

This is a tasty cookie with some crunch around the edges and some chew from the coconut. As others have noted, the lime flavor is subtle. Next time I would add the zest of another lime or lime oil. I also only used a pinch of coriander. I could not taste it. Next time I might increase the amount to 1/8 tsp. The instructions say to roll the dough to a "scant 1/2 inch." I interpreted this as 1 cm. Therefore, my yield was 36 cookies rather than the 26 stated in the recipe. Next time I will roll the dough a little thicker.

I've made a lot of cookies but this was the first batch I had ever made in a muffin tin. It's ingenious: the cookies remain perfectly round. The toasted coconut is subtle but delicious. This one goes into the repeat file.

These were just ok. Not as worthy as the vanilla sables. More persnickety to make, as well. Good, but I really could not taste the lime. And the bar, for Dorie cookies, is very high indeed.

These are very nice. I didn't have quite enough lime zest, and I thought maybe a smidge of lime oil or extract would enhance the flavor nicely (if I had some on hand), but I will reserve judgement until I make these again with the full amount of zest. Dorie says this yields 26, but I would say 22-24 is a more realistic number.
