Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    The cake itself is nice and moist, with a lot of pumpkin flavor. The icing seems like a more expensive version of cream cheese frosting. The amount of frosting that the recipe makes is not nearly enough to make a cake that looks like the one in the picture. Also, the icing is rather thin and liquidity which makes spreading it difficult.
