      The temperature and length of time that the Brussels sprouts get cooked at means that they're likely to burn. The cumin and coriander don't improve the taste of the Brussels sprouts.

      This turkey stock recipe was absolutely delicious. I used it as a base for turkey gravy with chanterelle mushrooms for Thanksgiving and it was a real success. We will use the rest of the stock for soup. I will make this one again.

      The cake itself is nice and moist, with a lot of pumpkin flavor. The icing seems like a more expensive version of cream cheese frosting. The amount of frosting that the recipe makes is not nearly enough to make a cake that looks like the one in the picture. Also, the icing is rather thin and liquidity which makes spreading it difficult.

      Great soup- the vinegar is a nice addition, and it comes together in about 30 minutes. Croutons on top are a must!

      Spray pie pan with Pam. The crust will stick terribly if the filling flows over the edge of the crust.
