Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Just OK. Tasted more of banana than coconut. I made this for a Cookbook Club gathering and pre-assembled the spread and melon before traveling. Unfortunately, the melon sank into the cheesecake by the time it was served. Should have assembled right before serving. The graham crackers came out great and tasted great.
