Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Made this to take along to a pot luck lunch and it was really well received. I hadn't made Chermoula before but it is delicious and I can imagine it would go well with lots of other dishes. It's best to make the Chermoula first as you need to coat the vegetables in it before roasting them.
