      We found this to be delicious with nice sweetness. I forgot the lime and coriander and still liked it. I imagine you could use this recipe with any number of root vegetables.

  • Roast vegetable chermoula salad

      Made this to take along to a pot luck lunch and it was really well received. I hadn't made Chermoula before but it is delicious and I can imagine it would go well with lots of other dishes. It's best to make the Chermoula first as you need to coat the vegetables in it before roasting them.
