    I couldn’t find cinnamon raisin bread, so I used wheat and added 1 t of cinnamon and some raisins. Husband loved it - said it was my best strata yet! (I haven’t made a strata in a year, at least, so I think he was overenthusiastic). Will definitely go into my post Tgiving recipe list.
