Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    this is an all day project, takes 6 hours to bake. The bread was really nice, reheats beautifully and is moist. It seems weird in the dutch oven but ends up filling the space as it bakes and works out well.
