    Flavors are great, but this is a bit too sweet for me. The baking time was also a bit tricky. It was VERY soupy at 45 minutes. I mistakenly over baked after that, checking every 10 minutes, when a toothpick still wasn’t clean at 65 mins. Next time, I would bake in an 8x8 inch pan instead.

    So tasty. The loaf came out pretty fatty though, maybe next time I'll reduce the butter some. But a great cake and looks so beautiful with glaze and pistachios on the top!
